Although QACV Consulting does not process personal data on a large scale as defined under Article 37 of the GDPR, we have voluntarily appointed a 
Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee and support our data protection practices.
The DPO is responsible for:
Informing and advising QACV Consulting and its personnel on their obligations under applicable data protection laws and regulations
Monitoring compliance with data protection requirements, including internal audits, awareness initiatives, and staff training
Providing guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and monitoring their implementation, where applicable
Act as a point of contact for individuals regarding the processing of their personal data and the exercise of their rights
Cooperating with Data Protection Authorities (DPAs) and acting as a contact point for regulatory matters related to data protection
The DPO performs their duties with independence, confidentiality, and due consideration of the risks associated with data processing activities, taking into account the nature, scope, context, and purposes of processing.
